Class Policies:

As space is limited, full payment is required to reserve a class.
Some classes have prerequisites. Students are responsible for making sure they meet them.
Unless otherwise noted, supplies are not included in the class fee. All supplies needed for classes are available for purchase at jessica knits.

Class Cancellation Policies:

Class fees are refundable up to 1 week before a class.
Class fees are transferable starting 7 days prior to a class and become non-refundable 48 hours before a class.

Jessica Knits will be happy to take back yarn for six months and give you store credit. All we ask is that you bring your receipt, and make sure the yarn is in its original condition and packaging, unused, and odor-free.
Sales of books, patterns, buttons, and sale items are final.
All other merchandise may be returned for store credit for two weeks.
Ready to Wear merchandise may be returned for a full refund for one week and then for store credit for one week.
